What Are Specialty Mushrooms?
Specialty mushrooms are edible fungi with unique culinary and nutritional value, such as Oyster Mushroom, Shiitake, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane (Hericium), Enoki, or Maitake.
They are gaining popularity among consumers, chefs, and retailers across Europe. Additionally, we are also open to growers of mycelium for neutraceutical and mycomaterial applications.
